Our 5,000 square foot facility includes three large corrals where our guests spend the day romping, playing and making new friends. Our mission is to provide our community with a safe, supervised environment to bring your pooch while you are at work, on vacation, or just want them to have a play date. Our guests have supervised playtime all day in play areas lined with orthopedic non-porous rubberized flooring. This special flooring is gentle on their paws and allows our guests to run and play to their hearts content. Each corral is manned by a Ranch Hand who is trained to be the Alpha leader of the group. Cleanliness, safety and comfort are a top priority. Drinking water is available all day long as well as suitable toys for all to share. The water is changed several times during the day and our guests are also walked outside several times during their stay with us. Please refer to our RATES PAGE to learn more about us.

We have plush, clean comfortable beds but ask that you provide your own dog food and label all personal items. Changing your dog’s diet even for a short stay can cause stomach upset. We can however provide a meal of our recommended Life’s Abundance Holistic dog food for a charge of $2-4 per meal (depending on size of pooch). It is perfect for those with allergies, skin problems, lethargy, arthritis and many other ailments. Pooches must also be on Heatworm and Flea & Tick Control and be wearing a soft collar (leather or nylon) with ID tag. Please also let us know if you would like to have your pooch groomed or bathed during their stay with us.

Be prepared and make your reservations early for the following holiday weekends, (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day Weekends). All reservations must be pre-paid. We accept reservations months in advance and will gladly issue a refund with 7 days notice of cancellation only. Any cancellation requests less than 7 days in advance will receive a full store credit (15 day advance notice for holidays). Thank you for respecting our policies.

Rover Ranch and Spa puts the safety of all our pet's first.  For that reason we require that each pooch parti-ipates in a one time daycare evaluation before they can stay with us.  Our Trained Ranch Hands will be there to see how your pooch interacts with the other pooches. Once your pooch passes the evaluation, they can come back anytime for daycare or boarding.  Puppies must be at least 5 months (20 weeks) old, and may be unaltered until 7 months old, or until a female’s first heat.

 

 

Rover Ranch and Spa has a beautiful, state-of-the- art grooming room with all the bells and whistles. We have experienced groomers ready and able to hand scissor and groom your pooch in any style of cut you desire. Grooming Prices vary by breed and condition of coat.  We groom with gentle loving care because WE CARE. Please call ahead for grooming appointments.

All pooches must be spayed or neutered and be up-to-date on the following vaccines: Rabies, DHLPP and Boardatella (canine cough). We require a copy of the vaccination records from your Vet and we also administer medication free of charge. Please also make sure your dog is on Heartworm medication and gets treated regularly with flea and tick control

You can check in on your pooch during the day by logging onto our website.  We will let you know which corral your pooch will be in during the day and will give you a password and instructions on how to access this feature.
